ESB horses have firmly established themselves in the Australian eventing arena and we are now attracting interest from international riders. Our aim is to ensure that their performance potential is maximized by giving them every opportunity possible.
In the past, ESB has sold horses and services to support the cash flow of the operation. We have assisted riders with a “Pay as they Grow” payment plan to ensure riders could afford to buy the quality they were looking for. Riders would then come and stay with us to learn more as their horse was growing up. During this process we developed strong relationships with the riders and as a consequence a desire to assist them further. We have involved many riders in our operation, helping them to develop their skills and understanding of good horsemanship, running a business and life in general. This has led to a greater understanding of their needs, their strengths and their weaknesses.
As a result, we have recognized the need for professional assistance and advice so that riders can become better at managing themselves, their horses, their programs, their owners, their sponsors and their future. They require and deserve support so that they can become the Champions of Tomorrow.
